These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and AIM DEV ("we", "us").
By accessing or using aim-dev.com or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Services immediately.
If using on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

AIM DEV provides AI & Web Development services including:

You must provide accurate, complete, current information. You must be 20+ or have parental consent.
You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
One person = one account. No sharing, reselling, or using others' accounts.

Past 14 days: service may be suspended. Past 30: contract may terminate + collection fees.

เมื่อชำระเงินครบ: source code ของงาน custom เป็นของคุณ 100% (ยกเว้น core library ของเราที่อยู่ภายใต้ MIT-style license)

SaaS source code, trademarks, logos, designs, AIM DEV name and products are exclusively ours. You get usage rights (license) under your plan, not ownership.
Upon full payment: custom project source code is 100% yours (except our core libraries under MIT-style license).
Suggestions you give us: we may implement them royalty-free.

Content you upload (images, text, data) remains yours. You grant us rights to store, display, and process for service delivery.
You're responsible for uploaded content. We may remove violating content without prior notice.

Except as stated, Services are "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% secure Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM DEV shall not be liable for:
คุณตกลงชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้ AIM DEV สำหรับการฟ้องร้อง ข้อเรียกร้อง หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจาก: (ก) การฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดของคุณ (ข) เนื้อหาที่คุณอัปโหลด (ค) การใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด
You agree to indemnify AIM DEV against claims arising from: (a) your breach of Terms, (b) content you upload, (c) misuse of Services.

Cancel anytime via account page or email connect@aim-dev.com
Immediate termination if: breach, non-payment 30+ days, misuse, bankruptcy.
After termination: (a) data deleted per policy (90 days), (b) outstanding fees due, (c) you can export data within 30 days.

For disputes, first try good-faith negotiation within 30 days. Then:
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของ ราชอาณาจักรไทย · ไม่ว่าคุณจะอยู่ที่ไหน หากศาลไทยพิจารณาว่าข้อใดไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้ออื่นๆ ยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้ (severability)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand regardless of your location. If any provision is unenforceable, others remain in effect (severability).
